Slovenia and the EU Close 14 Chapters of the Acquis

Brussels, 5 December - The chapter on social policy and employment was closed at Tuesday's negotiations on Slovenia's accession to the EU which were held in Brussels. Thus, the number of closed chapters between Slovenia and the EU has reached 14. The two sides met at a ministerial round of talks where Slovenia was represented by Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel.
