Best Athletes with Disabilities Awarded for This Year's Achievements

Ljubljana, 5 December - SPORT/DISABLED
The Sports Association for the Disabled has conferred awards to athletes with disabilities for achievements in major sports events in 2000. Best athletes of this year were chosen Dragica Lapornik and Franc Pinter for medals at this year's Paraolympics in Sydney, and the women team in wheelchair volleyball for bronze medal in the World Championship in Maastricht.
