PM Drnovsek Receives Yugoslav Foreign Minister Svilanovic
Ljubljana, 9 December - Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek on Saturday received Yugoslav Foreign Minister Goran Svilanovic who is currently on a two-day visit to Slovenia. The pair hailed the signing of the agreement on the establishment of diplomatic relations between the countries, which Svilanovic and Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel signed earlier in the day. The agreement bring an end to ten years of diplomatic silence and will assist to strengthen relations between the countries in all fields, including economic, as well as assist to the resolution of the succession issue.
