National Assembly Adopts Law on Investment Funds and Investment Management Companies

On the second day of the January session and in the last stage of the legislative procedure, the Slovenian parliament adopted the Law on Investment Funds and Investment Management Companies, which will come into force thirty days after its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia.**
