Slovenia Signs Financial Memorandums on EU's PHARE and ISPA Programmes

Ljubljana, 11 December - Financial memorandums on projects financed by the EU's PHARE and ISPA programmes were signed by the Slovene Minister of European Affairs, Igor Bavcar, Slovene Minister of Finance Tone Rop and the leader of the European Commission delegation to Slovenia, Eric van der Linden, in the Slovene capital of Ljubljana on Monday.
