Slovene Software Company Expands to Croatia
Ljubljana, 11 December - Slovene software company Perftech signed a contract to take over Croatian software company Fist in the Croatian capital of Zagreb on Monday. The acquisition of the 100 percent share in Fist is Perftech's first step towards completing its expansion strategy, which is in line with that of Autocommerce, the company that purchased a majority stake in Perftech in July 1999, Autocommerce reported.
