Parliament Is in Charge to Change Formula for the Division of Gold, Arhar Says
Ljubljana, 13 December - The Bank of Slovenia will brief the National Assembly on the talks between central bank governors from the former Yugoslav republics and leave it to MPs to make further decisions concerning the formula for the division of gold reserves deposited with the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), Governor France Arhar told the press on Wednesday, a day after he and his counterparts failed to reach a deal because Macedonia and Bosnia opposed to the IMF formula for the division of property.
