Slovene Local Officials Visit Brussels

Brussels, 14 December - A three-member delegation of the Association of Slovene Municipalities has been on a working visit in Brussels at the invitation of the Committee of Regions. The focus of the talks so far was the development of local democracy in Slovenia, the co-operation between the state and regions and the introduction of regions in Slovenia, said the Association of Slovene Municipalities in a statement on Thursday.
