High Turnover Results in Bullish Week for the Slovene Share Index

Ljubljana, 16 December - The Slovene share index, SBI 20, finished the week 0.92 percent higher at 1758.16 points, in what was a very high trading week. Friday's close also saw an increase in the investment companies' index PIX, which gained 0.42 percent in a week-to-week comparison and stood at 1483.60 points. However, the free market index IPT lost 2.29 percent during the week and closed Friday at 1614.89 points.
