Agriculture Minister Presents New Market Order for Dairy Products

Domžale, 16 December - The government is determined for the new milk and dairy market order adopted by the government at the end of November to become enforced as of 1 January as it should have been implemented with the beginning of this year according to negotiations with the EU, Slovene Minister for Agriculture, Forestry and Food Franci But said at a press conference on Saturday. The main aspect of this new market order is that the state will no longer decide on the purchase prices of milk, instead farmers will have to negotiate with dairies.
