Talks on Succession Issues regarding Former Yugoslavia Resume in Brussels
Brussels, 18 December - Talks on succession issues regarding the former Yugoslavia resumed in Brussels on Monday after coming to a standstill nearly a couple of years ago. Sir Arthur Watts, the international mediator at succession talks who convened a series of meetings with all five successor states, is scheduled to first hold separate talks with negotiating teams from Croatia, Bosnia, the FRY and Macedonia today; a meeting with the Slovene team led by Miran Mejak will be held on Tuesday morning, whereupon a joint meeting between all negotiating teams and Sir Arthur will take place.
