Slovene Foreign Minister Congratulates Powell and Rice

Ljubljana, 18 December - Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel sent on Monday letters of congratulations to new U.S. Secretary of State Colin Powell and the new U.S. national security adviser Condoleezza Rice upon their appointment to the posts, Rupel's Office reported.
