Number of "Political" Decisions Falls at Constitutional Court

Ljubljana, 20 December - JUDICIARY
The Constitutional Court has processed around 800 cases this year, a record number since its emergence after Slovenia went independent in 1991. While the number of cases involving human rights has increased at the greatest pace, a major decrease was recorded in the number of "political" decision taken by the court, a development revealing that transition is slowly coming to an end in Slovenia.
