Nuclear Power Plant to Conclude the Year Positively

Krško, 20 December - Krsko Nuclear Power Plant (NEK) recorded good results in 2000 both according to operation and business results. Although the company started the year with liquidity problems it will close the year without losses, said NEK Director Stane Rozman, who expects similar results next year as well. He also pointed out that there were no unplanned stops of the plant's operation in 2000, so that the production will exceed 4500 gigawatt hours of electricity.
