Slovene Government Reverses Decisions on Border with Croatia South of River Dragonja
Ljubljana, 21 December - The Drnovsek government on Thursday made some decisions regarding the Slovene-Croatian state border, thus reversing the decisions on the matter taken by the former Bajuk government on 29 November. The Bajuk government for instance tasked the Slovene Interior Ministry to immediately ensure the presence of Slovene police on the left bank of Dragonja, a territory for which Croatia claims to belong to it. Rupel explained that the Bajuk government's decisions on the issue were controversial from the aspect of international law.
