NLB Group Penetrates Bosnian Market

Ljubljana, 22 December - Banka Domzale, a local commercial bank which is a member of the NLB group, the only Slovene bank group, will sign a capital expansion contract with the Bosnia-based commercial bank Sahinpasic later on Friday. The Slovene bank will provide a fresh capital of 6.2 million Deutsche mark to the Bosnian bank by the end of the year and acquire a 51 percent stake in the bank. The NLB group will thus launch its strategy aiming to ensure its presence on the Bosnian market by investing capital in it.
