Telekom and Siol Accused of Monopolizing Slovenia's Internet Market
Ljubljana, 22 December - The Slovene Anti-Monopoly Office has brought charges against Telekom Slovenia, the national provider of telecommunications services, Siol, Telekom's subsidiary providing Internet services, and five cable TV providers on suspicion of obstructing free competition. Issued on 12 December, the decree to that effect was published in Friday's Official Gazette. The Office has accused Telekom and Siol of monopolizing the Internet services market.
