Ljubljana, 5 February - At moments it seemed as if the ghosts of Leonid Brezhnev, Ronald Reagan, Willy Brandt ... would pass through the door of the international security conference in Munich. The U.S vision of missile defence and the search for the European military identity have again cast a shadow of the cold war on NATO, the major Slovene daily points out in Monday's editorial.
