Croatia Wants to Solve the Problem of Ljubljanska Banka in Talks with Slovenia
Zagreb, 5 February - The Croatian government believes that the problem of the debt of the former Zagreb subsidiary of Ljubljanska Banka (LB) can be solved in direct talks with Slovenia and does not wish to leave it up to the negotiations on succession to former Yugoslavia or arbitration of the International Monetary Fund, Croatian Prime Minister Ivica Racan told the press in Zagreb on Monday.
