Putin-Drnovsek Meeting Dominated by Economic Topics

St. Anton, 10 February - There is a great potential for Slovenia and Russia to expand economic co-operation, was the opinion shared by Russian President Vladimir Putin and Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek, who met on Saturday in the Austrian town of St. Christoph in what was their first meeting. The pair also discussed the situation in the Balkans, but it is unclear if they spoke about NATO enlargement.
