Slovenes Living in Croatia Face Unresolved Status

Ljubljana, 13 February - SLOVENIA/CROATIA/MINORITY
Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel met with representatives of the Union of Slovene Associations in Croatia on Tuesday to discuss financial difficulties and the unresolved status, the two main issues faced by Slovenes living in Croatia. "However a change for the better is at hand," said Rupel. Bilateral relations between Slovenia and Croatia were also discussed at the meeting which took place in Ljubljana.
