Ljubljana, 14 February - The fact that the Slovene duty-free shops will soon have to close down while the Italians can still buy cheaper fuel along the border with Slovenia does not support the belief that price benefits are equally distributed on both sides of the common border, the major Slovene daily writes on Wednesday.
