Support for Slovenia's EU and NATO Membership on the Decrease, Survey Shows

Ljubljana, 14 February - A public opinion poll on Slovenia's accession to the EU has shown that the support for EU membership dropped to 53.8 percent in January from the 60.5 percent in January 2000. The poll has also revealed that fewer Slovenes are in favour of Slovenia's NATO membership than in 2000.
