Slovene Pharmaceutical Company to Take Over Polish Counterpart

Lodz, 16 February - Slovene pharmaceutical company, Lek, has signed a contract to take over a 89.45-percent stake in the Polish pharmaceutical company, Argon SA. In order for the deal to be completed, it needs to be approved by Argon SA's management and shareholders, Lek reported on Friday.
