Main Problem on the Capital Market is Linked to Its Establishment, Says Stock Market Chief
Bled, 16 February - The main problem facing the Slovene capital market is linked to its specific establishment, to the ownership restructuring and Slovenia's transition economy, said the Director of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange Drasko Veselinovic at the 29th seminar of Slovene economists which is being held in the Alpine resort of Bled. Other factors affecting the capital market are the lack of real institutional investors, discriminatory tax policies and a relatively restricted Slovene financial market.
