Ljubljana, 19 February - A fresh round of negotiations on the succession to former Yugoslavia will open in Ljubljana on Wednesday, 21 February. Representatives of all five successor countries of the former common state will attend the three-day meeting, which will be led by international mediator Sir Arthur Watts.
