5640 Signatures Against Duty-Free Shop Transformation Handed Over to Parliament

Ljubljana, 20 February - Only a day before the parliament is to take another vote on the transformation of duty-free shops on road border crossings with Italy and Austria, a total of 5640 signatures were handed over to Speaker of Parliament Borut Pahor in a bid to postpone the transformation from 1 June 2001 to 1 January 2002.
