Drnovsek and Ciampi Discuss the Care for Minorities

Ljubljana, 20 February - Italian President Carlo Azeglio Ciampi on Tuesday afternoon received Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek, who is concluding his two-day visit to Rome. Ciampi was pleased that the act to protect the Slovene minority in Italy was finally adopted. He said that he personally made efforts to achieve the adoption and believes that this will help strengthen relations between the countries at all levels.
