Succession Talks Held Tightly Behind Closed Doors

Ljubljana, 21 February - A fresh round of talks on succession issues regarding the former Yugoslavia was launched in the Slovene capital of Ljubljana on Wednesday morning. Mediated by Arthur Watts, a legal expert who arrived in Slovenia on Tuesday evening, talks are attended by delegations from all five successor states and are held behind closed doors. The public will be informed about results at a press conference to be held upon the conclusion of negotiations on Friday.
