The European Bank for Restructuring and Development (EBRD) sees in Slovenia a strategic partner for investments in Southeastern Europe, the bank's executive manager Bernard Snoy, whose jurisdiction involves Belgium, Luxembourg and Slovenia told Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel on Wednesday.
