Referendum on Duty Free Shops Restructuring Could Be Proposed

Ljubljana, 23 February - The tourist and hotel trade union is scheduled to take a decision next Tuesday on whether to demand a referendum on the planned transformation of duty-free shops at Slovene border-crossings with Austria and Italy. Should the desicion be reached, the union will file the demand to parliament on the same day, trade union officials announced on Friday.
