Czech and Slovene Foreign Ministers Discuss Bilateral Relations, EU and NATO

Ljubljana, 28 February - "The visit of the Czech foreign minister is important because, just like Slovenia, the Czech Republic is an associate EU member, both countries belong to Central Europe, they have been closely linked throughout history, and share views on political issues," Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel said on Wednesday after meeting his Czech counterpart Jan Kavan in the Slovene capital. The pair shared the opinion that bilateral relations are very good, and the Czech side also confirmed that Prime Minister Milos Zeman should visit Slovenia in June.
