Ljubljana, 8 March - "The contents of the 2001 state budget have not changed, which was confirmed by both governments last year, and I could therefore not say that this year's budget is economizing enough," Bank of Slovenia Governor France Arhar told the national TV network late on Wednesday evening. Arhar, whose second term in office expires at the end of March, plans to stand for another six-year term.
