Delo on Yugoslav Governor's Threat to Bring Charges against Slovenia

Ljubljana, 12 March - Since Mladjan Dinkic became governor of the Yugoslav central bank the public has learnt about many a capital sin of the former authorities. His news conferences have been pervaded by threats about lawsuits, Milosevic's alleged love of gold was exposed, and groundless or unproved accusations made.
