Delo on Yugoslav Governor's Threat to Bring Charges against Slovenia

Ljubljana, 12 March - Since Mladjan Dinkic became governor of the Yugoslav central bank the public has learnt about many a capital sin of the former authorities. His news conferences have been pervaded by threats about lawsuits, Milosevic's alleged love of gold was exposed, and groundless or unproved accusations made. Thus, it comes as no surprise that Dinkic poked his nose into an agreement which Slovenia has "reached violating the law" with the London Club after the break-up of the former Yugoslavia, a daily observes on Monday, a few days after Dinkic announced that the FRY would activate a lawsuit against Slovenia for the agreement.
