PM Announces Arbitration on Slovene-Croatian Differences if Negotiations Fail

Ljubljana, 13 March - Slovene Prime Minister Janez Drnovsek announced that Slovenia would turn to international arbitration in the case that negotiations on open issues between Slovenia and Croatia would fail to resolve the differences.
