Ljubljana, 14 March - The vice-president of the Slovene society of international relations, Bojko Bucar, criticized a low degree of professionalism in Slovene diplomacy, but said that Slovene foreign policy is not as unsuccessful as often criticized to be. Bucar spoke about then years of Slovene diplomacy on Wednesday evening.
