Incentives and Slovenia's Credibility Necessary to Attract Foreign Investments

Slovenia failed to attract more foreign direct investments (FDI) last year. Bank of Slovenia's data indicate that together with the reinvested profits, FDI amounted to US$ 181 million in 2000, which is close to the 1999 amfigure, when FDI totalled about one percent of the gross domestic product.
