Finance Minister: Slovenia Regrets Erik Jurgens's Statement
Ljubljana, 20 March - The Slovene side regrets the statement made by Council of Europe official Erik Jurgens in Zagreb on Monday, when he said that the issue of the debt of the subsidiary of former Ljubljanska banka in Croatia should be solved separately from the succession issue. As Slovene Finance Minister Tone Rop told the Slovene national radio on Tuesday, it would be fair if Jurgens first listened to what both sides have to say, before giving "such a final statement".
