Rupel Receives Yugoslav Charge d'Affaires Before Visiting the FRY
Ljubljana, 21 March - Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel, who is scheduled to pay a visit to the FRY on Friday, received Wednesday the charge d'affaires at the Yugoslav Embassy in Ljubljana, Mladen Mandic, the Slovene Foreign Ministry said today. Mandic handed over to Rupel a letter by Yugoslav Foreign Minister Goran Svilanovic in which the Svilanovic expressed an interest in a swift settlement of bilateral relations, a move by which the Yugoslav Embassy in Ljubljana has formally began to operate.
