VURS Issues Ban on Imports from the Netherlands

Ljubljana, 22 March - The Slovene Veterinary Administration (VURS) has banned all imports of all livestock, meat, foodstuffs, raw materials and wastes of animal origin, as well as feeding stuffs of animal origin from the Netherlands. VURS has already informed all border crossings which carry out control of imported animals and animal products about the measure which took effect today, VURS Director Zoran Kovac told STA on Thursday.
