Resolution of Ljubljanska Banka Debt Linked to Succession, Says Rupel

Ljubljana, 22 March - Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel met with the visiting Rapporteur of the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights to the Council of Europe Erik Jurgens on Thursday. Rupel used the opportunity to present the Slovene standpoints to the problem of the debt of the former Ljubljanska banka to Croatian savers, and highlighted that the resolution of this problem is linked to the succession issues of the former Yugoslavia, reported the Foreign Ministry.
