Slovenia and FRY Sign Two Agreements
Belgrade, 23 March - Slovene Foreign Minister Dimitrij Rupel and his Yugoslav counterpart Goran Svilanovic signed Friday in Belgrade an agreement on co-operation in trade and economy and another one on co-operation in culture and education. Rupel, who is on his first official visit to Yugoslavia, and Svilanovic also announced that several other bilateral agreements are to be signed soon in a bid to fully normalise relations.
