New Maritime Legislation Means More Liberal Registration in Ships' Registry
Ljubljana, 23 March - State Secretary at the Ministry of Transport Edvard Roskar expressed satisfaction over the passing of EU-compatible maritime legislation in parliament on Friday, which is a result of six years of preparations that will allow for greater development of the maritime economy. Roskar told reporters that the legislation will give the appropriate importance to the only transport port in Slovenia, the Port of Koper.
