French Takeover of SKB Has Succeeded

The takeover of Slovenia's largest bank SKB banka by French Bank Societe Generale has practically succeeded, as 52.6 percent of SKB shareholders have already accepted the offer to sell their shares, writes the daily Delo on Saturday. The board of the bank has decided to schedule a general assembly for 20 April.
