Three Criminal Police Officers Still Investigated for Corruption

Ljubljana, 26 March - The investigation against three criminal police officers suspected of committing several criminal acts is still under way, a police official told the press on Monday. The officers are suspected of abuse of personal data and data from police records on traffic accidents and stolen cars. They mediated the data to employees of several insurance companies and to an owner of a private company involved in the returning of stolen property, thereby gaining certain financial advantage.
