Delo: Relativity of Slovenia's EU Success
Ljubljana, 30 March - Despite the fact that Slovenia, together with Cyprus and Estonia, temporarily closed four chapters in negotiations with the EU and thus climbed to the top of the most successful EU candidate countries, its achievements are relative, even if they can be based on solid numbers and not on intangible evaluations of progress, according to the Friday issue of Slovenia's daily Delo. Even if three to five more chapters are closed by the summer, as has been predicted, some chapters, controversial for certain EU member states, could remain open.
