Benchmark Index at LJSE Remains Level

Ljubljana, 31 March - The benchmark index at the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE), SBI 20, remained practically unchanged from the previous week, gaining 0.10 points to close the week at 1728.68 points. The free market index IPT gained 1.47 percent and finished the week at 1475.02 points, while the authorised investment companies index gained 1.84 percent to stand at 1431.89 points. The volume of the week's trade at the LJSE amounted to SIT 5.8 billion (EUR 27 million) of which package deals alone accounted for around two-thirds of the total trade.
