The Balkans Should Become a Small Europe, Yugoslav Foreign Minister Says
Ljubljana, 9 April - If we do not begin to turn the Balkans into a small Europe, neither of the countries from the region would arrive in a large Europe, Yugoslav Foreign Minister Goran Svilanovic said in an interview for the Slovene weekly Mladina on Monday, commenting on the current situation in the Balkans, particularly relations with ethnic Albanians. As for Slovene-Yugoslav relations, Svilanovic said they were strengthening on a daily basis.
