More Time Should Be Taken to Agree on Annex to Wage Policy Agreement, Says GZS
Ljubljana, 9 April - Wage policy should ensure a competitive development of economy with a simultaneous harmonised social development, while wages should lag behind GDP and productivity growth, yet increase faster than inflation, given the anticipated economic growth. These were the reasons why the Slovene Chamber of Industry and Commerce (GZS) actively participated in the draft of an annex to the wage policy agreement for the period between 1999-2001, which is expected to be finalised on Wednesday.
