Five NGOs and Nonprofit Organisations Obtain Aid from Phare Access Programme
Ljubljana, 10 April - Five Slovene non-governmental and nonprofit organisations received a financial aid totalling EUR 298,000 from the Phare Access programme on Tuesday. Upon signing the contracts, the head of the European Commission delegation in Slovenia, Eric van der Linden, highlighted the role of NGOs and nonprofit organisations in spreading the idea of European integration, and said that the European Commission would like to involve in this project all levels of society, not only the government.
